I recently ordered a game from Many Realms online. When the product arrived, it was securely wrapped in bubble wrap with additional packaging material inside to protect the product. Unfortunately during shipping something punctured the box and damaged the game. While this was completely outside of their control, Many Realms' customer service went above and beyond to make the situation right. They were quick to communicate and offer a solution that was more than satisfactory. Will be ordering from here again!

I had placed three orders over the course of about a week during their recent board game sale, and I left sent them a message asking if the 3 orders could be shipped together. Within 24 hours, a label was generated, and the package was shipped the next day, arriving a week later. As you can seem from the photos, the games were packaged beautifully and each comes with a "Pull Here" sticker to make it easier to unwrap.

The team is also super responsive and helpful. Many Realms will have my business as my online retailer for as long as they keep providing service like this!!!
