In-Store Return Policy
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in their original packaging (including tags, if applicable).
- Receipt must be presented at the time of return.
- Returns must be brought to any Many Realms store location.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items (unless damaged)
- Items sold "as-is"
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., model paint, aerosols, food)
- Custom or special-order items
- All sports cards (sealed and opened product)
- Trading card games including singles (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Lorcana)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping fees are refunded at the sole discretion of Many Realms.

- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Return an Online Order
1. Email Portal@manyrealms.com to request a return.
2. Once approved, carefully repackage the item in a secure box, mailer, or original shipping container.
3. Include the original invoice or a note with your Order ID.

5. Drop off at your preferred carrier. For returns valued over $750, we recommend signature confirmation.
6. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges
- We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
- To exchange an item, return it first, then place a separate order for the new item.
- Shipping fees are refunded at the sole discretion of Many Realms.

Preorder Cancellation Policy
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made more than 30 days before the product’s anticipated release date. If the preorder is placed within 30 days of release, customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a cancellation.
Cancellation Terms
- Preorders canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled release date are eligible for a full refund.
- Preorders placed within 30 days of release may be canceled within 7 days of purchase.
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after these windows, regardless of shipment status.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Some limited-edition or allocation-restricted items may be final sale; these will be clearly noted at checkout.
