Thank you for choosing to shop with Many Realms. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and prompt delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:
Shipping Schedule
Our online store operates 24/7, and we process and ship orders Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST, excluding select holidays. Orders for products without shipping restrictions will be processed and shipped within 2 days of purchase. If your order has not been fulfilled within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends, major holidays, and preorders), please contact us anytime at lost@manyrealms.com.
- Free shipping on orders over $125
- Standard shipping flat rate is $10
- Shipping add-ons:
- $5 Extra Padding, and/or Extra Box for Sealed TCG cases
- $5 Extra Insurance and Signature Required
- $5 Priority Shipping Rate
- Eligible for $5 discount if all three shipping add-ons are selected
- All rates above are an extra $5 for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories
Cost of Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders with a value of $125 or more (within the contiguous United States) qualify for free shipping. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawai'i and is subject to changes and exclusions.
- Flat Rate (CONUS): Orders valued less than $125 within the contiguous United States will incur a flat $10 fee for shipping and handling.

Shipping Add-ons:
- $5 Fee for additional Padding, and/or Extra Box for Sealed TCG cases
- $5 Fee for Insurance and Signature Required
- $5 handling fee on top of the calculated rates for USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day to "skip the line" and ships standard next business day
- Bundled Express includes all add-ons at $20 flat rate, "skip the line" and ships next business day
- Alaska and Hawai'i: Orders with a delivery address in Alaska or Hawai'i will have an additional $5 charge on top of all other listed shipping fees.
- Flat Rate (Outside 50 States, All Other US): Orders with a delivery address in the United States but not located in the 50 States, or Washington D.C., will incur an additional $10 on top of all other listed shipping fees for shipping and handling.
Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their respective countries. These costs are separate from product prices and shipping fees at the time of purchase. We encourage customers to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs rules and fees prior to placing an order.
Order Processing & Shipment
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. In most cases, processing and shipping will occur within 2 days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note this time is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume or other unforeseen factors.
Preorders
If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will not ship until all items in the order are available for processing. To avoid delays:
- Place preorders separately from other preorder items with different release dates.
- Purchase preorder items separately from already-released items.
If you would like to receive all items in one package, tracking will only be updated once all items are ready for processing. Release dates for preorder items are listed on their respective product pages.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for monitoring your shipment via USPS or UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, order weight, item count, and third-party delays.
- Orders under $50: May be shipped without tracking unless explicitly requested.
Signature Confirmation
Orders valued at $750 or more paid through the Many Realms checkout process will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. If you’d like Signature Confirmation added to your shipment, please contact us via email at lost@manyrealms.com.
Lost & Stolen Packages
Many Realms guarantees the safe delivery of all orders. However:
- Once a package has been marked delivered by the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We do not refund or replace packages after they have been marked delivered.
If you experience an issue with a lost or stolen package, we will assist you in recovering it. Please ensure your package is being sent to a safe delivery location. If you require special delivery accommodations, such as Signature Confirmation or a specific mail carrier, please contact us at lost@manyrealms.com.
