We offer special orders to help customers get games we don’t currently have in stock. Please read the details below carefully before submitting a request.

  • Pre-orders are allowed
  • This is for demand tracking only

Special Order Request Form

Use this form to request released games that are:

  • Not currently in stock, or
  • Not listed on our website

Important restrictions:

  • ❌ No pre-orders
  • ❌ No international orders
  • You will be invoiced for items that are in stock at distribution

📦 How Special Orders Work

Step 1 – Submit Your Request

Submit your request using the Special Order Request Form.


Step 2 – Follow-Up & Availability Check

Within one week, a team member will contact you with:

  • Which requested games are currently in stock
  • Which distributor(s) have availability

If any requested games are available:

  • A custom invoice will be created and emailed to you

Step 3 – Invoice & Payment

  • You will be invoiced only for games that are in stock at the time the distributor order is placed
  • Payment must be completed promptly

If the invoice has NOT been paid by the time the product arrives:

  • The order will be cancelled
  • The product will be made available for sale to the general public

Step 4 – Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Once all items from your order arrive, your order will be processed
  • Shipping follows our standard shipping timelines

❓ FAQ

Can I add pre-orders to a special order?

No. At this time, we do not mix special orders with pre-orders.

If you’d like to request a pre-order, please use the Board Game Request Form.


Will I still receive the usual discount?

Yes.
Your invoice pricing will match whatever the normal pricing would be on our website (including any standard discounts).


Does free shipping apply?

Yes.
Our standard $125 free shipping threshold still applies.


Can I cancel my special order?

Yes.
However, please note that a high number of cancellations may result in future special order requests being declined.


Can I edit my order after submission?

Within reason:

✅ You may add in-stock items from our website

❌ You may NOT add additional special order items

❌ You may NOT add pre-orders

Adding additional special orders would require a new distributor order and additional handling. Please submit a separate special order request if needed.


Do I have to buy everything I requested?

You will be invoiced for all games that were in stock at distribution when our order was placed.
Please see the cancellation policy above.


When will my order ship?

Depending on the distributor and warehouse location:

  • Orders may take up to 3 weeks to fully arrive before shipping

What payment methods are accepted?

Invoices are sent via email and support the same payment methods accepted on our website.


Is my order guaranteed?

  • You will only be invoiced for games that are in stock and shippable
  • No backorders or pre-orders are included
  • Once your invoice is paid, your order is locked in

If payment is not completed by the time the product arrives:

  • The order is cancelled
  • Items are released for public sale

Do you place holds on special order items?

No. We do not offer holds.


🌍 International Orders

We do not accept special orders for international customers at this time.

You may still use the Board Game Request Form to suggest items you’d like us to carry on our website.
Due to taxes, duties, and international shipping complexity, international special orders cannot be processed.
